Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's payables process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Work with the finance team to streamline the AP process and improve overall financial efficiency.
• Monitor and reconcile payables accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain AP automation tools such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Concur.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the finance team on the status of payables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of AP automation tools such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Concur.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
