📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the agricultural supply chain, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Manage relationships with farmers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure a steady and reliable flow of agricultural products.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using tools like SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align supply chain activities with market demand and customer requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the safety and compliance of agricultural products throughout the supply chain.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in agricultural supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural supply chain management, with a proven track record in optimizing supply chain processes.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS Certified in Supply Chain Management) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of agricultural products, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
