In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the captain in managing the camp and ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the captain in planning and organizing camp activities,Ensure the safety and security of all campers,Supervise and assist in the management of camp facilities,Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth camp operations,Promote a positive and inclusive camp environment,Assist in the development and implementation of camp policies and procedures,Provide first aid and emergency response as needed,Maintain accurate records of camp activities and camper information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Good knowledge of outdoor activities and safety procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment,Valid first aid certification,Familiarity with camp management software and tools,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Excellent organizational and time management skills
