📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the dairy farm, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Implement and monitor animal welfare programs, ensuring the health and well-being of all dairy cattle.
• Manage feed and nutrition programs to optimize milk production and animal health.
• Conduct regular farm inspections to identify and address issues related to farm hygiene and safety.
• Lead and mentor a team of farm workers, providing training and support to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product quality and meet customer demands.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to milk production, animal health, and farm efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dairy farm management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Certification in Animal Welfare or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
