📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle team training and development activities.,Assist in resolving team conflicts and issues.,Support the Captain in strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain accurate records and reports of team activities.
