Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
