In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support to drivers and other departments regarding vehicle-related issues.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize vehicle utilization and route planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
