HR & Recruitment Supervisor

Domo Management Group is a leading player in the management and development of high-rise residential complexes in Jakarta. We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Utara. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our recruitment initiatives, manage our HR processes, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

As an HR & Recruitment Supervisor at Domo Management Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires. You will also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to our HR team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
