📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in managing inventories and supplies to maintain optimal levels.,Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide operational support during projects and special events.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to develop their operational skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
