📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and stock control.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field.,Proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
