Central Sun Pratama is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping employees succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Schedule and coordinate training sessions,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software and e-learning platforms,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken
