📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficient in using sales tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
