📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.,Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a memorable event experience.,Oversee all aspects of event production, from venue selection to decor, catering, and entertainment.,Manage a team of planners, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless event execution.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and creative solutions.,Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.,Handle client communications, including initial consultations, proposals, and post-event follow-ups.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and sell event services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury weddings and events industry.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-end events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of local vendors, suppliers, and industry contacts in Bali.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
