📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and develop the store's staff, ensuring high performance and morale.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Handle financial reporting and budgeting for the store.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Implement and enforce health and safety standards in the store.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
