LUNAR Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenges and responsibilities of managing a store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills needed to excel in their roles.,Oversee the visual merchandising and in-store promotions to enhance the shopping experience.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistency in store performance and brand standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
