📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and recognition as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve our goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our department's work aligns with the company's overall objectives.,Attend meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.,Provide regular reports to senior management on the department's performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, including labor laws and employment standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, payroll software, and performance management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
