📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Ensure high-quality service standards are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
