📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Participating in continuous learning and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
