📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
