📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline, grievances, and performance management.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
