Nest Bright Indonesia is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
