In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the hiring process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and collaborate with the HR team to implement effective recruitment strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Source and attract top talent by leveraging various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.
• Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the company culture.
• Maintain harmonious labor relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to recruitment and employment.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and labor relations.
• Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and department heads.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
