Asia Building is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are always in optimal condition. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient use of resources.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.,Track and report on vehicle usage, maintenance costs, and other relevant metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to drivers and other staff as needed.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
