📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring that stock levels are accurately recorded and that all inventory is properly managed.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are accurately processed and that products are delivered on time and in good condition.,Monitor warehouse safety and security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the warehouse is a secure environment for all staff and visitors.,Analyze and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes, with experience in implementing and maintaining these systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of warehouse staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve warehouse performance.,Familiarity with warehouse safety and security protocols, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
