Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mentoring and guiding other developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Driving the mobile development strategy and ensuring the success of our applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Staying updated with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Participating in project planning and estimation activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong background in at least one mobile platform (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar leadership role.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Dart.
  • Experience with mobile development frameworks and tools such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and mentor other developers.
