The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure the quality and safety of construction work.,Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for projects.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in structural engineering principles and practices.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction practices and materials.,Valid professional engineering license (if applicable).
