🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with HR management systems and software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven ability to motivate and develop team members
