📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Manage and monitor the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and success.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Experience in leading and developing a team of accounting professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.,Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
