Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
