📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with the company's sales targets and brand objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of in-store promotions, displays, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Train and mentor merchandising staff to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in retail merchandising.
• Represent Robinsons Handyman at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the company's market presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles, strategies, and tools such as POS systems, inventory management software, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in retail merchandising or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
