📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Enter, update, and verify inventory data daily using our inventory management system.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve any discrepancies in inventory counts.
• Generate and maintain inventory reports for management.
• Assist in the implementation of new inventory tracking systems and processes.
• Provide support to the sales team by ensuring accurate inventory information is available.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data entry and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and inventory management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
