📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create visually stunning Reels, photos, and campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design and social media to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including follower acquisition and retention.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and content calendars.
• Participate in photo shoots and other creative projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your best work in interior design and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) and Canva.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
