In this hybrid role, you'll be working closely with our digital marketing team to create and execute outreach strategies that connect us with travelers, influencers, and local communities. You'll be based in Kuta, Bali, but will work remotely part of the time.

As a Digital Outreach & Community Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and developing content that showcases the best of Bali's culture and adventure. You'll use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva to streamline your workflow and ensure consistent branding. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing and community engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
• Develop and schedule engaging content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute outreach campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Assist in the planning and execution of community events and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and community engagement
• Provide support to the marketing team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
• Proven experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for travel, adventure, and the culture of Bali
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
