📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Train and mentor new employees to maintain consistent service levels.
  • Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Promote and uphold Domino's values and policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Domino's products and operations is a plus.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
