As a CNC Machine Technician & Drafter at Hokinda Citralestari, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers. You will also create detailed technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring that our designs are accurately translated into production-ready blueprints. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC machines including lathes, mills, and routers.
- Create and modify technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of production parts by following technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machines.
- Document machine setups and production processes for future reference.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machine operation and technical drawing.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of CNC programming languages such as G-code.
- Experience with quality control and process improvement.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
